The research was taking place at a hidden base name S4, located about 13 miles south of the famous area 51 by Papoose Lake.

Since going public in 1989, Bob has had his life threatened and he has been shot at. Lazar worked between December 1988 and April 1989 in at the zone S-4.
During this period, he would have had admission to very private information. He had seen documents and autopsy of aliens corpses. The main purpose of his work was to "reverse engineer" alien flying saucers. Lazar claims to have observed  nine different kinds of saucers parked in the hanger.

The craft in question that Bob did get to see inside, had seats that were built more a child than a human earthbound adult. There was a console and the ship was very sleek, shiny and saucer shaped. Bob said he liked to refer to the craft as the "Sport Model "  Bob stated that the craft flew by amplification of gravity waves.
The fuel used is said to be "Element 151" not available here on Earth. The element is the source of the gravity, producing a wave that is amplified in space and time.
This allows the ships to cover huge distances in very little time. The disks in the craft warp time and space itself.

If Lazars claims are true, which they are, this represents one of the most secret, bizarre and clandestine operations of the world global governments. The same types of crafts have crashed in other countries. The US government always steps in and tells other countries they cannot come forward with evidence.  Why?
